Crossing the Delaware

Three AI-generated video shots (Google Gemini Omni), joined together with the same narration and music as the other versions. Press play.

Spot the mistake! In the last shot, the AI put the Stars and Stripes flag in the boat, even though we asked for no flags. That flag didn't exist yet in December 1776. The famous 1851 painting Washington Crossing the Delaware made the same mistake, and the AI learned from pictures like it.

Also: the real crossing used big Durham boats, 40 to 60 feet long, with most men standing. The AI shows Washington in a much smaller rowboat. AI video looks the most real, but it can't be explored, and it can get history wrong.
